Rafael is a graduate of the University of Granada (2003), and he holds an LLM by the Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid (2004).

Manuel holds a law degree by the University of Granada (1998), a PhD in law by the University of Málaga (2014), and a business law Expert degree by the Bar of Málaga (2018). He developed his career in two major firms before founding GCLA in 2010.
