Rafael is a graduate of the University of Granada (2003), and he holds an LLM by the Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid (2004). He is a member of the Bar Association of Málaga since 2005 and he co-founded GCLA in 2010.

Rafael is head of the Property Law Department at GCLA. He has practiced law for more than fifteen years in Costa del Sol advising clients, both builders and private investors, with their real estate transactions.

He speaks English, French and Italian, and he has extensive experience in advising foreign investors, by basing his relationship in a fluent communication and an exquisite customer care philosophy.
